Daniel StephenHAWKINSSadly on Feb 17, 2016, Dan passed away, aged 24 years; much loved son of Lynda and Chris, loving brother to Matthew and Emma, beloved fiancé of Jordan, a dear uncle to Charlie, Olivia, Reuben and Finley. He will be deeply missed by all family and friends. Resting at Rumney Funeral Home, until the service to be held on Tuesday March 8, 2016 at 12.30pm in St Cadoc's Catholic Church, Llanrumney, Cardiff, prior to cremation at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel at 2pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu of floral tributes, if desired, may be made to Gofal Crisis House for Cardiff, 2nd Floor, Derwen House, 2 Court Rd, Bridgend, CF3BN, in memory of Dan.
